- To insure your hunt is firmly booked we require a deposit of 50% of the cost of your hunt. This can be made by mailing a cheque to the address as indicated, or with a money order.
- Phone in or enclose a note that includes the number of clients in your group that wish to hunt and which species each hunter wishes to hunt. Be precise.
- I need one complete name with address and phone number so we have a contact person. For insurance purposes the disclaimer and waiver must be signed and received. When this deposit and information is received, we will confirm your booking.
Deposits can be made by personal cheque. Final payments upon arrival must be made in cash, travelers’ cheques, bank drafts or money orders. Personal cheques will not be accepted for final payment.
Once a deposit is received and a hunt contract signed and returned, the deposit is non-refundable. Your deposit may be transferred to a friend, usable for that same year.

HUNTING CAMP; our base camp consists of constructed wall tents used as sleeping quarters. Each building has 2 single beds with foam mattress, a light, and a basin for washing. A portable shower is also available. “Bush Tent” camps are placed in areas where the game animals are.
Our kitchen, with a cook, supplies a hearty breakfast before our hunt and a huge supper when we return at the end of our day. We hunt all day and do not wish to return to camp, so mid-day lunches are in the field. Our comfortable hunting camp is built for hunting
purposes. Please remember the Fall Moose Hunt is in a wilderness setting with very few modern conveniences. For the most part, our hunting terrain is flat land. We have a mixed forest of pine, spruce, aspen, willow, alder and buckbrush. Generally, we leave camp with argos and drive to the active hunting area. Have tall boots handy as our terrain includes many muskeg areas to cross. The month of May generally offers warm spring temperatures, ranging from 60 – 70 degrees F. (or 15 – 22 degrees C). Early November could be -15 to +40 (-10 to +5 ). If you have room bring extra clothing just in case
